COURT APPEARANCE

Court appearances are needed on special cases where a defendant has filed a complaint with the courts, or for various reasons including but not limited to:
  1. Defendant complains documents were served to someone other than said defendant

  1. Defendant complains Special Process Server never personally served documentation as requested

  1. Plaintiff requests Special Process Server attend hearing for additional testimony.

  1. Judge or Magistrate requests testimony from Process Server.


FEES




PERSONAL APPEARANCE with a minimum of 2 hours :


$50.00 per hour. Appointments only



NON PERSONAL Notarized Statement of Service for Court Appearance :

$10.00

VISIUAL SUPPORT :

$20.00
